If you don't subscribe, your data is preserved for 30 days while the app pauses. Subscribe within that window and pick up exactly where you left off. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted.

Yes. We support direct import from Word docs (including Arabic columns), Excel spreadsheets, and CSV files. There's also a JSON backup format if you're migrating from another tool.

Yes. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer with security rules — not just by the application. Your records are technically invisible to any other account, regardless of bugs in the app.
